We use a combination of training methods that develop cardio and endurance through, boxing, circuits, agility drills, core stability and exercises with resistant bands and medicine balls, to help you achieve your physical best. Each session is different to the next to eliminate boredom, create fun and keep you on your toes. Small group fitness is a great opportunity to meet other people, relieve stress and get great results. It is a flexible and affordable program for all fitness levels.

Times don't suit? Enquire about making your own group. Flexible times and locations are available and the commencement of any program can be made at anytime during the month.
Sessions run rain or shine (The Foreshore Park tram shed is the wet weather venue for all sessions).

Conditions for Unlimited 4 week cycle:
- Each 4 week cycle requires a regular payment of $120.
- Clients can attend as many sessions a week as they wish, using any of the Rise fitness sessions on offer.
- Clients must give at least 24 hours notice on which session they are attending.
- If a client is away for a week or more an extension will be issued. Maximum 4 per year. Client must give at least 24 hour notice for this extension policy.
- Cancellations must give one hour notice.
- 4 week packages can start anytime during the month.
Conditions for 10 Visit Flexi Pass:
- 10 visit flexi passes are valid for 4 months,
- Clients must give at least one hour notice before canceling a session, otherwise that session is counted.
- Clients must give at least 24 hours notice on which session they are attending.
Conditions for all Programs:
- One off program fee of $30 applies to all Rise Fitness programs. It includes periodic fitness testing, Rise Fitness water bottle and fitness cap.
- No casual sessions for any classes, except Personal Training.
