Pram Pushers is an alternate way of exercising with your pram. It allows you to escape the home, meet other mums and exercise with your baby in a small personalised group that is safe, fun and convenient. Best of all, you know your baby is safe and having fun by your side.

Times don't suit? Enquire about making your own group. Flexible times and locations are available and the commencement of any program can be made at anytime during the month.
Sessions run rain or shine (wet weather venues are at Lambton Park rotunda/ clubhouse, Speers Point undercover area or Foreshore Park tram shed).

Conditions for Unlimited 4 week cycle:
- Each 4 week cycle requires a regular payment of $120.
- Clients can attend as many sessions a week as they wish, using any of the Rise fitness sessions on offer.
- Clients must give at least 24 hours notice on which session they are attending
- If a client is away for a week or more an extension will be issued. Maximum 4 per year. Client must give at least 24 hour notice for this extension policy.
- Cancellations must give one hour notice.
- 4 week packages can start anytime during the month.
Conditions for 10 Visit Flexi Pass:
- 10 visit flexi passes are valid for 4 months,
- Clients must give at least one hour notice before canceling a session, otherwise that session is counted.
- Clients must give at least 24 hours notice on which session they are attending.
Conditions for all Programs:
- One off program fee of $30 applies to all Rise Fitness programs. It includes periodic fitness testing, Rise Fitness water bottle and fitness cap.
- No casual sessions for any classes, except Personal Training.

What to Bring:
- Sturdy pram with good working brakes. No special type of pram required.
- Plastic cover and mesh screen protector for the pram.
- A water bottle and towel
- Comfortable clothes and sneakers
- Sunscreen (for you and the baby)
- Essentials for the baby
- Medical and disclaimer forms to your first session
It is recommended that you breastfeed or express before the fitness session to make it more comfortable for you and the baby.
All new mothers must have their six week check up with their Obstetrician or GP before commencing the program.
