Rising Bellies

Rising Bellies prenatal fitness class is a low impact toning and strengthening program that focuses on core stability, muscle conditioning and improving your posture while on the fit ball. It is a fun and safe fit ball workout that targets the muscles of motherhood, making it easier for you to support the weight of your baby. Give you and your baby the best possible start to life.

Rising Bellies will prepare you for childbirth. This 45 minute low impact workout on the fit ball, allows you to focus on strengthening your core muscles, reinforce pelvic floor exercises, tone and condition your upper and lower body and help you control your weight gain.

The 10 visit pass is $160.

Conditions of the 10 Visit Flexi Pass:

  • Valid for 4 months (16 weeks).
  • Two hours notice must be given on canceling a class, otherwise the session is taken.
  • 24 hours notice must be given on which session the client is attending.
  • The 10 Visit Pass can be roll over into Pram Pushers if the baby comes early or you are not fit to exercise. (The remaining sessions are valid for 6 months from when your baby is born).  No refund available.

Conditions for all Programs:

  • One off joining fee of $30 applies to all Rise Fitness programs. You will receive a Rise Fitness cap.
  • No casual sessions for any classes, except Personal Training.
