Give you and your baby the best possible start to life. Rising Bellies prenatal fitness class is a low impact toning and strengthening program that focuses on core stability, muscle conditioning and improving your posture while on the fit ball. It is a fun and safe fit ball workout that targets the muscles of motherhood, making it easier for you to support the weight of your baby.

Rising Bellies will prepare you for childbirth. This 45 minute low impact workout on the fit ball, allows you to focus on strengthening your core muscles, reinforce pelvic floor exercises, tone and condition your upper and lower body and help you control your weight gain.

Conditions for 10 Visit Flexi Pass:

  • 10 visit flexi passes are valid for 4 months,
  • Clients must give at least one hour notice before canceling a session, otherwise that session is counted.
  • Rising Bellies 10 Visit Pass can roll over into Pram Pushers (Remaining sessions are valid for 6 months).

Conditions for all Programs:

  • One off program fee of $30 applies to all Rise Fitness programs. It includes medical pre screening, Rise Fitness water bottle and fitness cap.
  • No casual sessions for any classes, except Personal Training.

What to bring:
