- Pram Pushers is a fun and healthy approach to motherhood fitness. It is a new and alternate way of exercising with your baby close by, in the pram or have the friendly nannies look after your children, while you workout. Pram Pushers is an outdoor fitness program to help you get back into shape, lose the extra kilos, tone your body and strengthen your core. It will leave you feeling energised, motivated and refreshed after every session.
- Rising Bellies are you a mum to be? Prenatal fitness is a healthy approach to early motherhood fitness. Enjoy pregnancy and reduce back pain with this fun and safe fit ball workout that tones and strengthens the muscles of motherhood, improves your posture and prepares you for the birth of your baby.
- Personal Training with Rise Fitness is the most effective way to help you get the results you want and deserve fast within a personalised and supportive environment. Rise Fitness comes to YOU at a place and time of your choice within Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Training programs available include: Weight Loss, Sports Specific, Rehabilitation, Pregnancy and Post Natal.
Rise Fitness was established in early February 2006 in Newcastle, after seeing a need for an alternative to boot camps and gymnasiums. We wanted to provide an outstanding service for clients that was professional, reliable, affordable, flexible and most of all making fitness fun.
I, Melissa Poulton am the proud owner and head trainer of Rise Fitness. I have over nine years experience in the health, sport and fitness industry, hold a University degree in Human Movement (Sports Science), a Diploma of Education in Health and Physical Education (HPE), a Certificate IV in Fitness as a Personal Trainer (Registered Fitness Professional) and have completed Pre and post natal exercise courses.
All of my qualifications and expertise in fitness allow me to conduct a variety of individual classes from sports specific, pregnancy and post natal exercise, rehabilitation, weight loss and general group fitness. I continue to educate myself with up and coming trends in the fitness world, to ensure you get the best service, advice and up to date training techniques.
